How to change password to your account

In order to change your account's password you need to use our mobile app. There are different methods of resetting your password whether you are logged in or out.

caution

The confirmation email to change your account password normally arrives within some minutes.

If you haven't received the email, contact our support team at Support

Please, do not forget to also check your spam folder.

Logged in

  • Go to My profile, then choose "Preferences & Settings" and press "Change Password" button, enter your account's email. You will receive an email with a link to change your password.

Logged out

  • Open the App and the login page must appear, press "Forgot password" button, enter your account's email. You will receive an email with a link to change your password.
